1. Product Information:

At MO Eyewear, we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products. However, please note that the colors and appearance of the eyewear may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website due to different monitor settings and lighting conditions.

2. Pricing and Payment:

All prices listed on our website are in the currency specified and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment platforms. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to the payment method provided. If you order an eyeglasses with prescription lenses you need to pay a deposit. The deposit is the lenses price. 

3. Shipping and Delivery:

We offer shipping all over Egypt and aim to dispatch orders within 1-10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, but if you ordered optical lenses it cannot be returned after its cut, except in the condition of manufacturing defects. The eyewear must be in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Also, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process.

5. Warranty:

Our eyewear is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. If you believe your eyewear is defective, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

6. Privacy and Security:

Protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information is of utmost importance to us. We use industry-standard encryption technology to safeguard your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
