Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that certain items, such as prescription lenses, are not eligible for refunds due to their personalized nature.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed and shipped quickly to ensure prompt delivery. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.

Exchanges:

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange the item for a new one. To initiate an exchange, please provide us with clear photos of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number. Once we have reviewed your request, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
